Negative: Was booking my stay to include breakfast but was told that there was nobody there to cook it. Was offered a partial refund but never received any 🤷🏻‍♂️ Had to service my room’s air conditioner to warm up the room…

Positive: Since we have stayed off season hotel was quite empty, hence the location was nice and quiet. Our original room was replaced with a more spacious room, which was nice and tidy.

Negative: Breakfast could have been better: omelette was bland and overcooked, small portion; English breakfast was better, but then was missing all expected ingredients (hence the portion wasn't sufficient either) and the beans were cold. On arrival we have received a room with a broken bed, so it seems like the property is lacking good maintenance. Original smaller room wasn't as cosy as expected and not a very good value.
